WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE TO PLACE MY ORDER
For U.A.E we offer COD and PayPal method of payment.
For PayPal payment kindly change currency into US$.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER: option of payment is PayPal.
But we can arrange Western Union payment in which case you need to send us email with your order and delivery details. Invoice will be provided with payment details and upon receiving payment we are shipping goods within 24 working hours.

Security is very important to us, all transaction information is passed between our site and PayPal.
DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP WITH YOU?
Creating an account to shop at LeCorset Shop, makes future orders simpler to do as it allow you to place orders without you having to fill in your details each time you shop with us. It is not compulsory for you to create an account in order to shop with us.
HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?
Please note that promotional offers and discounts codes are only valid on website purchases. Upon checkout your discount code box will appear at the very end, all you need to do is enter and apply to your cart.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOP OR STORE THAT I CAN VISIT?

HOW MUCH DO YOUR PRODUCTS COST MY CURRENCY?
Prices are displayed in AED. However prices can also be displayed in US$. To display prices in US$ please select from the drop down menu at the top of the website.
Unfortunately we cannot supply the exact prices of our products in other currencies at this time. However you can use The Universal Currency converter at www.xe.com to perform currency exchange calculations using live, mid-market rates for top 85 currencies.
Please note, all transactions are processed in AED. Exchange rates are estimated only based on the latest figures.
CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive it as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped we are unable to amend it.
THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK…
We understand how frustrating it is that the item(s) you required is currently out of stock. Our items sell out super quickly due to such high demand. We would advise you to subscribe on our website so you will be informed about restocks and new products. Or you can send us an email with request about specific item and we will do our best to get it in stock asap.

THERE WAS A STOCK AVAILABLE WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER, WHY HAS IT BEEN CANCELLED?
We aim to fulfil all our orders however sometimes our items sell super quickly due to such a high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable, particularly during busy times like sales. We promise that this cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you within 24h to confirm cancellation and refund any payment taken for the items not sent. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?
Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we are unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We do not except returns for refund but we do offer in accordance with our exchange policy. We simply ask when you receive your product you try it on OVER undergarments or a vest. We are unable to accept worn items for hygienic reasons. Items worn for more then 5-10min are considered worn and cannot be returned.
